Our Vin Santo Occhio di Pernice DOC 2017, made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes with no added sugar, shows a copper-tinged amber color and aromas of dried fruits, figs, dates, and sweet spices. On the palate it is velvety and rich, balanced by fresh acidity and ending with a long, harmonious finish. An elegant, contemplative dessert wine.
